I stayed around the area in an Airbnb when touring Seattle with my boyfriend- being Vietnamese, I craved for Vietnamese food and knowing how big the community is, I was on the hunt for a good Pate Chaud/Ca Phe Sua Da.
This place does not disappoint!
Pate chaud was so flaky and the pork juices just simmers out immediately after you bite it. I also went ahead to purchase a Banh Tieu (honestly I'd skip out on this it tasted too dry compared to other places). Aside that the coffee was amazing, not too sweet and just the right amount of bitterness to it.
If you're in the area I definitely recommend dropping by here! -

Their banh mi sandwiches are cheap and yummy. My fave is the one with pate. I don't get the reviews here that say that the lady at the counter is mean because I know what mean service from Asian ladies look like (i grew up around this).
Also, their french rolls are so good. I pick up a bag whenever I'm there because it's cheap and works so well to keep at the house. -

I don't order bánh mì or hot food at this bakery, I only buy plain bánh mì. They also sell instant coffee which they collect sale tax while other stores don't.

This is the place for fresh French bread! One of my favorites places for banh mi in Seattle. My go to sandwich is the tofu and mushroom and my husband likes the Dac Biet. The Mung bean and coconut sesame balls are delicious as well!
